Our day at the Getty Villa

If you haven't been to the Getty Villa in Malibu, you need to go. We hung out there Sunday with MichaelSaul, Brenda and Steven. Here are some pics from an outdoor garden.

Michael Saul flew all the way from New York to see Miles. OK, so that's not entirely correct. He came for several other reasons, too. Even so, Miles enjoyed their time together. Thanks for the Polo clothes, SIR.

Thanks Aunt Ro

Well, we've made it to summer--and we couldn't have done it without the help of family. Shari's family spent a total of almost seven weeks in town from April to June to help us get through the school year with no day care or nannies. The last visitor was Aunt Ro, who was a wonderful help. We had so much fun. Thank you!!

How we spent Father's Day

Miles chilled with his dad, mom and Aunt Ro at Will Rogers State Park in Santa Monica. He dipped his feet in the water but didn't like it all that much. He did like hanging out on the sand in his cool T-shirt ("My Dad Rocks"). Shout out to Tia Dities for the shirt.

Separated at birth?

Miles and Ed Grimley. What do you think?

Miles took his first swimming lesson today

He kicked and paddled and watched his mom and dad blow bubbles. He was the cutest baby in the pool with his red hat and shades. He was all smiles as we sang and played.

Too cute for words

It's OK, you can play this video over and over again. It's that cute.

Miles loves his red wagon

Now that Miles is sitting up, he loves to ride in the red wagon that Tracy gave him. He's taken rides with Mickey and posed for pictures in it with his pal Cada. Thanks again Tracy.

Silly Buddy

Miles has a little lovey named Silly Buddy (a gift from cousin Jessica) and he really loves it.

Hanging out on the swings

Mom, dad and Uncle Barry took Miles to Echo Park Lake. We fed the ducks and Miles rode on the swings. He really liked it, as you can see.

One big happy family

Miles gets along great with the dogs (and he doesn't discriminate against the one-eyed monster.)

Thanks Uncle!

Uncle Barry took care of Miles last week--and they had a great time together.

Check out my uncle's bling. I want me some of that!

Five years and counting

We celebrated our fifth anniversary on May 26 with a romantic dinner at the Little Door restaurant. First, even before heading out the door, we shared a bottle of Moet champagne with Tracy (who so generously watched Miles for us). Then, we went to pinkberry for dessert. It was a wonderful evening. Our real anniversary gift will be later this year, when we take a trip to a destination that is unknown at press time.
